The accuracy of the words they give should not be our sole determining factor. I have known of fortune tellers that have spoken very “accurate words”. We need to be very careful to discern the spirit from which a person speaks. Lets see what Gods Word says about this:

Matthew 7:15-20 AMPC
[15] Beware of false prophets, who come to you dressed as sheep, but inside they are devouring wolves. [Ezek. 22:27.] [16] You will fully recognize them by their fruits. Do people pick grapes from thorns, or figs from thistles? [17] Even so, every healthy (sound) tree bears good fruit [worthy of admiration], but the sickly (decaying, worthless) tree bears bad (worthless) fruit. [18] A good (healthy) tree cannot bear bad (worthless) fruit, nor can a bad (diseased) tree bear excellent fruit [worthy of admiration]. [19] Every tree that does not bear good fruit is cut down and cast into the fire. [20] Therefore, you will fully know them by their fruits.

What is the fruit?
Galatians 5:22-23 AMPC
[22] But the fruit of the [Holy] Spirit [the work which His presence within accomplishes] is love, joy (gladness), peace, patience (an even temper, forbearance), kindness, goodness (benevolence), faithfulness, [23] Gentleness (meekness, humility), self-control (self-restraint, continence). Against such things there is no law [that can bring a charge].

Discern!
Galatians 5:19-21 AMPC
[19] Now the doings (practices) of the flesh are clear (obvious): they are immorality, impurity, indecency, [20] Idolatry, sorcery, enmity, strife, jealousy, anger (ill temper), selfishness, divisions (dissensions), party spirit (factions, sects with peculiar opinions, heresies), [21] Envy, drunkenness, carousing, and the like. I warn you beforehand, just as I did previously, that those who do such things shall not inherit the kingdom of God.

Galatians 5:25-26 AMPC
[25] If we live by the [Holy] Spirit, let us also walk by the Spirit. [If by the Holy Spirit we have our life in God, let us go forward walking in line, our conduct controlled by the Spirit.] [26] Let us not become vainglorious and self-conceited, competitive and challenging and provoking and irritating to one another, envying and being jealous of one another.

In conclusion when you see the fruit in the life of the person you will know what spirit they are subject to.
You cannot hide fruit!
