Here are some points on what can rob us as Christians of our peace:

1. Unconfessed sin:
Guilt and conviction disturb our inner peace (Psalm 32:3-5).
2. Worry and anxiety:
Focusing on problems instead of trusting God steals peace (Philippians 4:6-7).
3. Unforgiveness:
Holding grudges keeps our hearts troubled (Matthew 6:14-15).
4. Disobedience to God:
Ignoring His will brings unrest (Isaiah 48:22).
5. Fear of the future:
Lack of trust in God’s plan causes fear (Matthew 6:34).
6. Negative influences:
Constant exposure to fear, gossip, or worldly thinking disrupts peace (Romans 12:2).
7. Lack of prayer and the Word:
Distance from God weakens our spiritual stability (Isaiah 26:3).
