Kingdom Marriage
Scripture: Ephesians 5:21 (KJV)
“Submitting yourselves one to another in the fear of God.”
Kingdom Truth: Submission is mutual humility under Christ. It is a shared posture of honour, where both husband and wife choose to yield their pride, preferences, and personal agendas for the sake of unity and love.
Application: Serve one another in love by listening with patience, speaking with gentleness, and putting your spouse’s needs alongside your own. Choose humility over winning arguments and cooperation over control.
Declaration: We submit to one another in reverence for Christ, walking in humility, unity, and love.
