Thought for the day

As Christians, loving our neighbour as ourself is rooted in Jesus’ commandment in Matthew 22:39, where He says, “Love your neighbor as yourself.”
This command emphasizes the importance of showing compassion, kindness, and respect to others, just as we would want for ourselves.
It reflects God’s love for humanity and encourages us as believers to treat others with empathy, forgiveness, and selflessness. Loving others in this way builds community, fosters peace, and aligns with the teachings of Jesus, helping to demonstrate God’s love in the world.
It’s a call to reflect God’s character and promote harmony among people. Remember this truth- LOVE NEVER FAILS.
