Thought for the day

From a Christian perspective, signs of a lack of submission may include:

1. Rebellion against God’s Word
Ignoring or resisting biblical teachings.

2. Pride and self-will
Insisting on one’s own way rather than seeking God’s will.

3. Disrespect for authority
Rejecting spiritual, parental, or church leadership.

4. Lack of prayer and dependence on God
Living independently from God.

5. Unwillingness to repent
Justifying sin instead of turning from it.

6. Division and strife
Causing conflict instead of promoting peace and unity.

True submission reflects humility, obedience, and trust in God’s order and leadership.

Titus 3:1-2 NIV
[1] Remind the people to be subject to rulers and authorities, to be obedient, to be ready to do whatever is good, [2] to slander no one, to be peaceable and considerate, and always to be gentle toward everyone.
