Spiritual pride can have serious consequences for us as Christians, including:

1. Distancing from God
Pride can make us self-reliant, leading us to depend less on God’s grace and more on our own perceived righteousness.

2. Judging Others
It can lead to a critical spirit, causing us to look down on others instead of loving and serving them.

3. Hindering Growth
Pride blocks humility, which is essential for spiritual growth, repentance, and learning.

4. Damaging Relationships
It can create division in the Church, harming unity and fellowship.

5. Hypocrisy
Spiritual pride may cause us to appear godly outwardly while lacking genuine inner transformation.

In essence, it contradicts the very heart of the Gospel, which calls us to humility, grace, and dependence on Christ.
