Thought for the day

1. God’s Approval is Primary:
Our ultimate goal should be to seek God’s approval, not human praise (Galatians 1:10).
2. Compromise of Faith:
Trying to please others may lead to compromising Christian values and truth (Romans 12:2).
3. Focus on Eternity:
Pleasing people focuses on temporary desires, whereas we are called to live for eternal purposes (Colossians 3:23-24).
4. Authentic Witness:
Living to please God allows us to be genuine in our faith and be true witnesses of Christ (Matthew 5:16).
5. Human Approval is Inconsistent:
People’s opinions can change, but God’s Word is unchanging and reliable (James 1:6-8).
