Why Submission and Accountability to a Local Church Matters:

1. Biblical Obedience
God calls us as believers to live in committed community (Hebrews 13:17, Acts 2:42).
2. Spiritual Growth
The church helps us grow through teaching, discipleship, and correction.
3. Protection
Keeps us from isolation, false teaching, and unchecked sin.
4. Service and Gifts
A place to use our God-given gifts to serve others (1 Corinthians 12).
5. Humility and Accountability
Encourages godly character through mutual care and correction.
6. Belonging
Gives us a spiritual family and a sense of shared identity and mission.
