Kingdom Leadership
Scripture: Colossians 4:2 (NKJV) “Continue earnestly in prayer, being vigilant in it with thanksgiving.”
Kingdom Meaning: Kingdom leaders understand that prayer is not a last resort but their first response. Through prayer they receive God’s wisdom, strength, and direction, enabling them to lead with discernment and dependence on Him rather than their own ability.
Application: Set aside time today to pray intentionally for those God has entrusted to your influence. Ask the Lord to guide, protect, strengthen, and bless them according to His will.
Declaration: I am a leader who prays first. As I seek God, He fills me with wisdom, strengthens my spirit, and directs my steps. My leadership is aligned with His purpose. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
