Kingdom Finance
Scripture: “The love of money is a root of all kinds of evil.” — 1 Timothy 6:10 This verse reminds us that money itself is not the problem; it is the love of money that distorts priorities, corrupts motives, and pulls the heart away from God. When money becomes an obsession or a source of security, it quietly takes a place that belongs to the Lord alone.
Kingdom Truth: Money is a servant, not a master. In God’s Kingdom, money is a tool to be used for provision, generosity, and stewardship—not a ruler to be obeyed. When money serves us, it supports God’s purposes. When it masters us, it competes with God for our trust, loyalty, and devotion.
Application: Keep your heart anchored in God. Regularly examine your motives and attachments. Choose contentment, practice generosity, and place your confidence in God rather than in financial gain. Let your decisions reflect trust in His provision, not fear of lack or desire for excess.
Declaration: God reigns over my finances. I submit my resources, income, and desires to Him. Money will not control me; God is my source, my provider, and my ultimate security.
