Thought for the day
Scripture: Joshua 24:15 “And if it seems evil to you to serve the Lord, choose for yourselves this day whom you will serve, whether the gods which your fathers served that were on the other side of the River, or the gods of the Amorites, in whose land you dwell. But as for me and my house, we will serve the Lord.” (NKJV)
Kingdom Truth:
Kingdom marriages serve the Lord together. When a husband and wife unite in their commitment to God, their home becomes a place where His presence, love, and purpose are honoured. Serving God as a couple strengthens unity, deepens spiritual growth, and allows both partners to support and encourage each other in living out God’s calling.
Application:
Find ways to minister as a couple. Pray together, serve in church together, encourage others together, and use your shared gifts to bless those around you. Even small acts—hospitality, mentoring, helping those in need, or supporting ministry—can become powerful when done in unity.
Declaration:
As for us, we serve the Lord. Our home is committed to honouring God, walking in His ways, and using our lives together for His glory.
