Thought for the day

It’s important to relax in Christ because:

1. Jesus Offers Rest
Christ invites us to find rest in Him (Matthew 11:28), relieving us from burdens and stress.
2. It Builds Trust
Relaxing in Him means trusting His plan instead of relying on our own understanding (Proverbs 3:5-6).
3. It Brings Peace
God’s peace calms our hearts and minds when we release our worries to Him (Philippians 4:6-7).
4. Prevents Burnout
Just like Jesus rested, we need to recharge by resting in God’s presence.
5. Affirms Our Identity
It reminds us that our value is in who we are in Christ, not what we do.

Relaxing in Christ means trusting Him fully, resting in His love, and letting His peace guard your heart.
