Kingdom Marriage
Scripture: Proverbs 3:9 “Honor the Lord with your possessions, and with the firstfruits of all your increase.”
Kingdom Truth: Kingdom marriages recognize that everything we have ultimately belongs to God. When a husband and wife honour the Lord with their resources, finances move from being a source of stress to a tool for purpose. Stewardship means managing money with wisdom, gratitude, and obedience, acknowledging God as the true provider.
Application: Couples should approach finances with unity, transparency, and faith. Pray about financial decisions together, plan wisely, avoid unnecessary debt, and prioritize giving to the Lord. When both spouses steward resources together with a Kingdom mindset, finances strengthen the marriage instead of dividing it.
Declaration: God is the Lord over our finances. We steward every resource with wisdom, unity, and faith, and our household prospers as we honor Him.
